Although only 12' x 14' the shed required major renovation. The sill was rotted, the windows were rotted, the siding was rotted, it had no door and a dirt floor.

Oh did I say it had a resident wood chuck

After the wood chuck was fed many apples he/she was coaxed to move on.

A new sill was installed.

New doors were made to match the weathered wood of the shed.

New windows were made. A vent installed and the dirt removed along the  back wall.
A new wood floor, storage cabinets, shelves and a ramp to drive the lawn mower in and the old shed has a new lease on life.
